First, I hope this email finds you and your family safe and healthy.

I understand we are all inundated with an almost-constant influx of information regarding COVID-19, but I would like to take a moment to walk you through how Hamilton will be operating during this crisis.

The state of Ohio has extended its mandatory stay-at-home order through May 1, 2020. As an organization deemed as non-essential, Hamilton’s headquarters in Holland, Ohio will remain closed until Monday, May 4th, 2020, unless the state rescinds or modifies this order at a sooner time and date.

Our commitment to serve you in these difficult times remains, and we will continue to provide support where possible. The following departments will be operating remotely for the duration of the stay-at-home order:

  • Customer Service (customerservice@hamiltonmfg.com)
  • Parts (parts@hamiltonmfg.com)
  • Accounting (billing@hamiltonmfg.com)
  • Marketing (marketing@hamiltonmfg.com)

Hamilton will have key Parts Representatives, Sales Representatives, and Support Technicians working remotely, offering limited services. Our hours of availability will be Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm and Saturday from 9am – 3pm EST. Please call our office at 419-867-4852 to leave a message, and we will return your call as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Additionally, we will continue to process and ship parts orders during this time. Please email parts@hamiltonmfg.com with any requests you have. Not every part or component may be available during this time, but we will do our best to fulfill incoming orders. Same day shipping is not guaranteed.
