TYPICAL SELF-PARK PROJECT FLOW
1) APP & WEB-BASED RESERVATION
Give your customers convenience and peace-of mind ahead of a trip, visit, or event by letting them make reservations on a custom-designed app or website.
2) ENTRY
Customers either request a ticket, scan a reservation, or scan their access credentials at the Entry PEET to
gain access to the lot.
A ‘virtual ticket’ is opened in the cloud-based netPark system any time a customer enters, allowing you to easily track throughput and capacity.
3) EXIT
When your customer is ready to leave, fees are calculated and paid at either a centrally-located kiosk, an in-lane kiosk, or at a manned booth with a netPark Point of Sale.

PAY ON FOOT
This solution requires customers to pay at centrally-located kiosks before returning to their vehicle and leaving the lot.

1) ENTRY
Customers with existing reservations or access credentials simply scan a code or HID card at the PEET Entry kiosk for access. Customers without reservations or access credentials press a button on the PEET to obtain a unique ticket.

2) OPEN TICKET
Once a reservation, access credential, or ticket has been acknowledged by the PEET, a virtual ticket is opened in the netPark cloud system.
The status of each ticket can be tracked remotely, or from any netPark POS device.

3) PAYMENT
When a customer is ready to leave, they scan or insert their reservation/ticket at an HTK (cash & credit) or CTK (credit only) kiosk.
Fees are calculated, discounts can be applied, and the customer completes payment.

4) EXIT
The customer returns to their vehicle and proceeds to the exit. At the exit lane(s), they insert their ticket into a PEET Exit kiosk.
The kiosk validates their ticket, opens the gate, and closes the virtual ticket in the cloud.
PAY IN LANE
This solution lets customers pay in lane from their vehicle as they leave the facility.
