The TLS 1.2 Security Update is required by May 16th, 2018. With this deadline fast-approaching, we want to make sure any customers who have not yet updated their HTK’s/CTK’s take the steps to do so now.

Here are simple instructions on how to update your HTK’s/CTK’s. When you complete an update, please email the serial number of your HTK/CTK to so we can update our database.

If you need assistance with these updates, we are requesting you email to set a phone appointment with a technician. Do not call Hamilton prior to setting an appointment, as we cannot guarantee a technician will be able to immediately help you.
