On Monday, August 12, 2019 we will be releasing an update to Hosted Solutions. When you log in on this date, you will see a brand-new user interface with a redesigned menu structure.
The new Hosted Solutions has a responsive design, meaning it will scale accordingly regardless of what device you are using to access it. Additional improvements include:
- New Dashboard Widgets:
- Site Status: gives you a real-time update on site equipment so you can identify issues faster.
- App Loyalty Point Awards: shows how many loyalty awards have been sent, redeemed, and expired for the day, month, and calendar year.
- App Birthday Washes: shows how many birthday washes have been sent, redeemed, and expired for the day, month, and calendar year.
- App Top Wash Club Users: shows your top Wash Club users for the current month.
- ExpressPass Top Users: shows your top ExpressPass users for the current month.
- Updated Mobile App User Grid
- Now defaults to ‘Last Login’ view.
- Color blocks now display key user categories: Active Users, Active Wash Club Users, Users Not Validated, Total Users. Clicking a block will filter the user grid by the chosen category.
- New Reporting
- Daily Report: summarizes all activity for the day in a simple-to-read format. This report can be filtered to show all locations or individual sites.
- Wash Club Activity (app): shows vital trends and statistics for the current month.
- ExpressPass Activity (RFID): shows vital trends and statistics for the current month.
- Consolidation of all reports into a single ‘Reporting’ category for ease of use.
- Renaming of ‘Loyalty’ menu to ‘ExpressPass’.
- A new notification system to alert you to updates and important messages.

The old Hosted Solutions will remain active until September 16, 2019, at which point the new site will become the permanent platform.
