Effective August 29, 2025, Hamilton Manufacturing Corp. will discontinue support for the following:
- Pay stations manufactured before December 31, 2001 (ACW, ACW2, ACW3, ACW4, ACW5, Auto Cashier, and Auto Tec)
- Dial-up credit card processing (including ACW and Gold Line®)
We will continue to sell select parts for the ACW pay stations until August 29, 2025, but the availability of some parts may be limited, and some select parts will not carry a warranty.
Gold Lines® with high-speed internet credit card processing will not be affected by this EOL. For Gold Line® customers utilizing dial-up credit card processing, contact Hamilton’s Customer Service (419-867-4852 option 3; customerservice@hamiltonmfg.com) to discuss credit card processing options.
For those affected by the ACW EOL, we are offering incentives toward the purchase of a new, direct replacement: the Commander. The HTK and CTK also qualify for this incentive. Please contact your regional Hamilton sales representative directly to purchase.
