As the year comes to a close, we’d like to take a moment to reflect and share our gratitude for another successful year.  2024 marked our 103rd year in business. It was filled with innovations, achievements, and milestones. Most importantly, we strengthened relationships with our customers and partners. We owe much of our success to your continued trust and support. Your support and loyalty mean the world to us, and we are proud to be a part of your business’s success.

We celebrated the holidays in a special way with a party at the Toledo Zoo, where we gathered in the beautifully decorated Malawi Event Center. It was a fun occasion where we were able to bring together our hard-working employees and their loved ones for an evening of holiday magic, warmth, and lasting memories. Surrounded by the festive atmosphere of the zoo, we shared in the spirit of the season.

Successful Trade Shows

In 2024, Hamilton Manufacturing Corp. exhibited at 7 tradeshows across North America. We were proud to show off the latest in innovation and products, and our sales team stayed busy traveling as far as Fort Worth, Texas, Mississauga, Ontario, and Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was great seeing everyone in person, building relationships, and making new connections.

Major Updates to Hosted Solutions

Our Hosted Solutions software saw a complete overhaul with significant changes in 2024. The updated site is more user-friendly than ever, with advanced features and significant improvements. Car wash owners can now efficiently manage their sites, mobile app, and wash clubs better than ever before. The legacy site is still available for those not quite ready to make the transition, but we have plans to end-of-life it in 2025. Stay tuned as we continue to make improvements on the updated site.

Success of the Commander

The Commander was, again, the top-selling pay station for 2024. Its sleek design and compact footprint make it an ideal solution for a variety of industries including parking and car wash. The Commander is dimensionally identical to the Gold Line® and ACW, making it the perfect option for customers looking to upgrade their location. Regardless of the application, the Commander remains the most popular Hamilton pay station, though the HTK and CTK also performed strongly and continued to deliver excellent results!

Growth & Commitment to Support

We’re proud to remain the only company in the car wash industry to not charge for ongoing technical support. This commitment reflects our dedication to helping customers succeed. Whether you need assistance with our pay stations, change machines, Hosted Solutions, or your mobile app, our team is here to provide expert support without additional costs. This year, we expanded our team to better serve the growing needs of our customers. We’ve improved our ability to deliver prompt, effective assistance. These efforts aim to reduce hold times and ensure that every customer receives the support they need.

ACW & Dial-Up EOL

Earlier this year we announced we are discontinuing support for some of our older models. Effective August 29, 2025: we will be discontinuing support for all pay stations manufactured before December 31, 2001 (ACW, ACW2, ACW3, ACW4, ACW5, Auto Cashier, and Auto Tec) as well as support for dial-up credit card processing (including the ACW and Gold Line®). Celebrating 40 Years of Service

Our Vice President, Laura Harris reached an extraordinary milestone: she celebrated 40 years of service with Hamilton Manufacturing Corp. in November. Laura is the first person in our company’s history to reach the 40-year mark. Her dedication, leadership, and contributions have been insrumental to Hamilton’s success. We deeply appreciate her commitment and years of service. We are looking forward to celebrating more milestones in 2025 with other employees coming up on 30 and 40 years at Hamilton Manufacturing Corp.
