Can the Stacker Comb Kit (part# 100-0099) be installed onto any stacker?
The stacker comb can be installed on any stacker that uses the HV series validators.

Hoppers

 Should I clean the hopper regularly?
Setting up a regular maintenance schedule is recommended. Depending on use, the hopper should be cleaned every 2-4 months.

How do I clean the hopper?
Refer to the maintenance section of the hopper manual.

What should I do if the hopper is under/over paying?
The payout switch may be out of adjustment or debris has collected near the payout switch.

Can the counter on the hopper be easily replaced?
Yes. There are (2) small screws that attach the counter to the hopper. Remove those screws and the counter will come off the hopper, and then disconnect the (2) pin molex that attaches the counter to the wiring harness.

How do I convert a quarter hopper to dispense tokens or $1 coins?
Simply changing the pinwheel converts the hopper to dispense different sized coins.
Refer to the hopper wheel size appendix in the hopper manual to determine the size wheel needed for the appropriate coin(s).
