Hamilton requests that our customers and distributors with Internet access submit the form below when returning a component for updates, modifications or repairs. Whenever you return a part to Hamilton for modifications, repair or updates, it is necessary to issue a "Return Authorization Number" so your packages may be tracked and accounted for within the Service Department. NOTE: Those units not under warranty are subject to a $70 bench fee. This fee will be waived if there are any repair charges. Call Customer Support for more information. As soon as your request is processed, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. The number needs to appear on both the parts being returned and the boxes they are shipped in. When submitting your request between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm Eastern Time weekdays, we will send you the authorization number via e-mail within 1 hour of its receipt. If you do not get a response, please contact Hamilton Support at 800-837-5561 or email: rma@hamiltonmfg.com. After hours and weekend requests will be processed on the next business day.
